 We analyzed a song by Kanye west 

 Today is class we didn’t do anything. We had a 11th grade meeting . In math I learned something new. In chemistry we did a game so we could study for our test . In ss we started out test. Today wasn’t that chill because we had so many test and it was very overwhelming l. 

 Today in class we started it with a blog about stereotypes.when then were handed out two worksheets . We then read one of the articles and filled out our assignment.we then had a small class discussion. It was very fun because it we are a very opinionated class and we got to tell how we feel about the stereotypes about wives .

 Today in class we had no bell ringer . The work we did was mostly paperwork and not on the chrome book. We read and article and analyzed it. We also took notes so we will know how to do our class work the proper way.  I wasn’t in class for that long because I had a eleventh grade meeting and it lasted until the buses were getting called. 

 Today in class we had a substitute. I got check out before third period. I went home took a nap and went out to eat later with my my parents. We had a assignment but we wasn’t aware of it because it had a date for the next day. It was a very good day because I got to go back home and sleep . 

 Today in class we had no bell ringer. We were handed a worksheet to fill out . The worksheet was based on us watching short clip movies then filling it out. We watched seven different videos and filled out our paper. It was very fun activity. We are supposed to take a picture and upload it on google classroom.

 Today in class we continued with out Tupac poem. We had a questionnaire bell ringer about the effect and causes drugs have in you. We then had to write a two paragraphs. The assignment had to have at-least five different rhetorical devices. We had number an highlight each device to let it be seen. Today in class it was very smooth because we already knew what was expected of us.

 Today in class we had a bell ringer about the time you experienced temptation and your definition of temptation. We then had a poem from Tupac. We broke the poem down . We are to use the poem tomorrow to write two paragraphs using five different rhetorical devices. We then ended the class listening to the song. 

 Today in class we had an infinite campus check. We then started a new set of notes. We learned about two new rhetorical devices. We learned about analogy and metaphor. We had to give examples for each device. The teacher broke down each device and gave example to help us understand. 

 Today in class we took a test on rhetorical analysis. The test was all multiple choice. It was 16 questions. I made a 90 because I got two wrong. 

 Today in class we wrote a thesis about the speech using a rhetorical analysis using the mlk speech. We had to make sure we followed all the step. The teacher read it out on the board and told people what they did wrong. He also used some from the board and made it an example by breaking it down and highlighting very different part . We then did a group assignment about a topic we choose. 

 Today in class we got a Mlk speech to go over. We broke the speech down and seen how many and what type of literary devices he used. 14 literary devices were used. We also took more notes on what you would need or want when u write a rhetorical analysis paper. Today was fun we got a breakdown of the different literary devices used and a little background on history today. 

 Today in class I found out that we have to go through 33 literary devices in all. We  had a mini review of the terms we went over yesterday. We spent a good amount of time on rhetorical questions and did 5 examples. We went over  procatalepsis and did and opposing opinion of what people would say and what we would say.  We also found out the definition of each word.

 Today in class we were introduced to some new figurative language.I was very confused on like 2 outta the 5.we had three to five questions on each literary term. We had to take notes on each word. We also had to write the definition. The teacher broke it down so we could understand it.
