9/22/2021 Reflection

 Today in class we finished reading our poems. We had three in total but today we only read the last one. All three of the poems were written by Emily Dickinson. We discussed the poem but today’s poem was not very relatable for me . Today’s poem was about mental health basically. We watched a video of someone reading the poem. We even had video of people loosing their mind from being in jail or committing a crime then we looked at another video of a person fake loosing their mind to try to avoid time for their crime. Overall today was very smooth cool calm and collected and I really enjoyed today’s lesson and class atmosphere.

10/12/2012 Reflection

 Today in class we grabbed the books that we were supposed to read the last 15 minutes of class but ended up running out of time. The teacher then passed out a paper for the third step in our project which is an individual section but we come together in the end. He went over the paper and showed us how to find sources. Then he showed us how to search and image and how to copy the url. Everything must have a url and u must make sure it’s real . You need 10 different sources.

#6 write about when you knew you were in trouble

 I was at school and something was just telling me that today something was gone happen. I’m going to my third period class my friend and I. We finished our work a little early so we think it’s ok to play laugh and joke a little. We joking around and then I open my mouth and say something about school shooting and the teacher over heard. She then makes it’s bigger than what it has to be and causes a whole scene. I knew I was in real trouble that I could get out of when she called the principal and my parents had to come up there.

Reflection

Today in 4th period we didn’t have a bell ringer. Instead of a bell ringer we had a diagnostic quiz. The quiz had 15 questions. I got one wrong which gave me a 93. We read the passages out loud and answered the questions together. The class graded each-other papers. We went over new rules . We learned how to do process of elimination properly.
